Austen AG × Cleveland Cavs

Austen AG is a midwest-based streetwear brand that was originally inspired by the collaboration between Grateful Dead and Lithuania for the 1992 Olympics. True to tradition, I had the opportunity to design the Halloween capsule collection for Austen AG and the NBA Cleveland Cavaliers. Emphasizing the skeleton basketball player motif, I created an alternate CAVS logo made out of bones and a line of merchandise that captures the spirit of Cleveland. Using utilitarian work-wear as inspiration, I combined Austen AG's signature skeletons with Cleveland's hardworking aesthetic through the use of taglines like "Sweet Spot" and "The Land". This collection sold out twice — in the team store before the game, and again when it was reissued due to popular demand.
